Feedback, Compliments & Complaints
DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK/ COMMENTS/ COMPLIMENTS OR SUGGESTIONS?
We are continually looking to turn our patients’ feedback into real improvements in the services we provide. We use it to focus on the things that matter most to our patients, carers and their families. We would like to hear from you if you have a suggestion on how we can do things better to improve our patients’ experiences. We’d also like to hear from you if you are pleased with the service you’ve received. We’ll let the staff involved know and share the good practice across our teams.
Please use the Feedback Form: Leave Feedback
or leave a review on NHS Choices
COMPLAINTS
We always try to provide the best services possible, but there may be times when you feel this has not happened. If you have a complaint to make, please don’t be afraid to say how you feel. We welcome feedback to help us improve our standard and you will not be treated any differently because you have complained. We will endeavour to put right anything that has gone wrong.
Please speak to the Practice Manager in the first instance. The practice operates a Complaints Procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints.
